Silvermark offers a complete refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding return shipping fees). Please see your packing slip for product return instructions.
Returns, Exchanges and Damages
If for any reason you wish to return any item, follow the instructions provided in your package. Please ship by UPS or insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Unfortunately, stores that carry Silvermark products are unable to accept Website returns.
